Making good environment  of working by understand other college work force, job descriptions, and support them as much as possible, in the way, they can support my work too, and making work environment to be positive at all time.

Being flexible for business senses, acting to be very tough sometimes the result will not come out well, the flexibility and the result focus is very important, to try to understand the problem and try to solve the problem to get the best result is one of my core strength

Goal setting : to focus on the result firstly I must set goal , how many figure I have to reach, how many call I have to make, then how many meeting to have to though to get the best deal for the company as much I can to meet my goal target

Career interests : I would like to manage team one day, I do believe it this strategy “ people don’t know how much you know, but they want to know how much you care” as a human being we want to feel and be told time to time how much we value for company for the team. People talent always been tough but attitude is timeless. To manage the team is not how much great you are, much how great of your member of the team are and support them in every way to maximize their ability, with this the team and reach impossible target with fun along way..of course pressure will be there and as well as pleasure of working and the team and life time achievement

I am a single mother who have to take care 2 toddlers, I try to do my best with where I am now, Senior Contractor with MIKI,

 I enjoyed it so much working so much with college in KUL office Pika, Syam, Janice, Elly, in London office, Silvana, Druhti, Rania, Doris, Wendy, Hong..  of course we do have challenge to over come,  human error, but we do email, skype, google chat have been fantastic help,

Also want to mention the sales team, we always benn good communicate and of course with great help from them, making Thailand is very good room nights

 with this great team we have been supporting each other, cover come the problem together, The work have been fun, and as my result, it is not prefect some area still need improvement that make my life not so bored.

I foresee myself working with MIKI for long time, I also love working with Mrs Masuda san, she is one of my idol, with her great Ethic of work, and passionate for caring of MIKI staffs I feel I never left behide with any small problem, she always take, secure the situation small or big she always be there for us.

And I would like to thank you this system that give me a chance to express my though about the company, I think it is really great tools.
